PepperCorns Restaurant and Lounge

Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Ramada Syracuse's PepperCorns Restaurant and Lounge can satisfy any appetite.

PepperCorns full-service dinner menu ranges from salads and specialty pastas to fish, steaks, chops, and chicken. Daily specials match the talents of Executive Chef Ward O'Hara with Central New York's bountiful harvest of fruits and vegetables. There's also a children's menu to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

The Sunday Breakfast buffet - featuring made-to-order eggs, pancakes and waffles - is a favorite of both travelers and locals looking for a way to wile away a relaxing Sunday morning or mark special occasions (we've celebrated more baptisms than the River Jordan!). It's the area's best breakfast bargain. The buffet is also especially popular on Sunday holidays, such as Easter and Mother's Day, when we expand the buffet's selection to include carved to order meats and other specialties.

PepperCorns Restaurant is open 6am to 10pm Monday through Saturday, Sunday 6am to 8pm. For hungry travelers who are all business, room service is available.

PepperCorns Lounge

You may be away from home, but that doesn't mean you have to be away from your favorite sports team.

The Ramada Syracuse's PepperCorns Lounge makes sure of that. Everywhere you turn there is a television, including a large screen TV that will make you feel like you're in the stadium's front row.

PepperCorns Lounge is also the right place to unwind after a day-long conference or a round of sales calls. Daily Happy Hour drink specials, complimentary hors d'ourves, a jukebox and electric dartboard await those interested in unwinding after work. A tavern menu of burgers, sandwiches and chicken wings is also available.

The Ramada Syracuse's PepperCorns Lounge is open Monday through Saturday 3:30pm to 1am, Sunday 3:30pm - 9pm.
