PepperCorns full-service dinner menu ranges from salads and specialty pastas to fish, steaks, chops, and chicken. Daily specials match the talents of our Executive Chef and kitchen staff with Central New York's bountiful harvest of fruits and vegetables. There's also a children's menu to satisfy even the pickiest eaters.

The Sunday Breakfast Buffet - featuring made to order eggs, pancakes, waffles and omelets - is a favorite of both travelers and locals looking for a relaxing Sunday morning or to mark special occasions. PepperCorns Restaurant is open 6am to 10pm Monday through Saturday, Sunday 6am to 8pm. For hungry travelers who are all business, room service is available.

Tailgators Tavern

PepperCorns Lounge is also the right place to unwind after a day-long conference or a round of sales calls. Daily Happy Hour drink specials and complimentary hors d'ourves await those interested in unwinding after work. A tavern menu of burgers, sandwiches and chicken wings is also available.

The Ramada Syracuse's PepperCorns Lounge is open Monday through Saturdays 4pm to 1am, Sunday 5pm - 9pm.
